Long before the World Wide Web existed these folks were busy making literary works freely available
to anyone who wants to read. The list of available books is impressive. Using Project Gutenberg and
a large font on my PDA recently managed to finish "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu, "The Code of Hamurabi",
"The Scarlet Pimpernel", "Treasure Island" and "Around the World in 80 Days". The next item in my
'long overdue' list of books to be read is "Robin Hood". It's hard to beat a free book.

About Blogs:
This site can host weblogs. If anyone in the family cares to create one
let me know and I'll set it up for you. I started my own blog just to see
if I actually have anything worth writing. You can find it at
Brian's Blog.
The appearance of Wordpress blogs are entirely user customizable. I have
tinkered a little with mine. Other people completely replace the blog
interface with their own and just use the Wordpress engine.
You might also want to take a look at
LeeAnn's Blog.
She has a couple of publicly viewable posts there and it is also an example
of how the blog can be made viewable only via registration. This is also
closer to the default appearance.

About Forums:
Discussion forums allow several different conversations to be carried on in distinct
"threads". The first forum page contains a list of the forums - different types of
discussions can be segregated into different forums. Inside each forum there will be
a list of discussion threads. Each thread represents an active conversation. Posting
a message to an existing thread that is off topic is generally not a good idea - rather
than change the subject in an existing thread just start a new on for the new topic.
The current forums include one practice area and one miscellaneous discussion area.
Those two will probably be plenty but more forums can be added if we have reason to
divide out conversations into more distinct groups.

I expect everyone to ignore this, just as they should, however it is so easy to setup this donation
option I couldn't pass it up. If you hit the lottery or find a bundle of money in an old coat pocket
you don't have to twist my arm to get me to take a small gift.
